NATIONAL POETRY PRIZE
"TUXTEPEC, PAPALOAPAN RIVER."

1. Participating authors will present their works written in English, which must be unpublished and not awarded in other contests or competitions or partly published in books or magazines.
2. The works are in verse, free theme and a minimum length of 30 and maximum of 60 pages, typed or computer formats Arial 12, double spaced on one side, due seamer.
3. Manuscripts must be submitted in triplicate, under a pseudonym or motto, unsigned, accompanied, in a sealed envelope attached to data from the author, a short biography, address, telephone and photocopy their identity documents on the outside of the envelope must bear the title or theme of the work presented
4. 5. The jury will consist of renowned writers in the field of literature, whose names will be announced at the award ceremony.
6. The jury will act with complete freedom and discretion, and shall also have the normal ability to deliver and failure to discern the award, or unsuccessful, to interpret the Rules. Its decisions are final.
7. The unique and indivisible prize will be worth thirty thousand pesos 00/100 ($ 30,000.00 Dollars), the publication of the work, with a circulation of 1,000 copies, it will come to light that in November the same year, taught the delivery of 30% of the copies to the author, diploma and a silver butterfly, River Crest Papaloapan.
8. The winner, cede economic rights to the first edition of his work to the Cultural Association of Tuxtepec Oaxaca.
